Solution Configuration

Xactium is a highly configurable system which means that it can be easily adapted over time to meet your changing requirements or to extend functionality as it is embedded across your organisation.

We understand that every organisation is looking to approach the integration of a solution in different ways.  Therefore we generally recommend one of the following implementation approaches:

  • QuickStart - enables you to get up and running on the Xactium system quickly and easily.  Purchase an off-the-shelf system to demonstrate the benefits to the wider business and work with Xactium to scope and adapt your system over time as your experience and understanding develops.
  • Trial to Live - enables you to take a full working version of the system on a trial basis and make configuration changes, with help and guidance from our consultancy team.  Turn the system to “live” when you are ready.



Education and Training

Knowledge transfer is a integral part of Xactium’s service delivery, whether this is in support of a new implementation or to provide further training to staff when the system has gone live.

Our customers have access to regular training events, covering areas such as system administration and reporting. Training sessions can also be tailored to address the specific requirements of your team.

Ongoing Support and Maintenance

Your dedicated account manager provides you with a consistent first point of contact for all questions and requests once your system is up and running.  

In addition, our customers have access to our experienced support team, contactable via our online portal or over the telephone during UK office hours.

Xactium Enhanced Support  
Our extended support packages offer you additional flexibility to work with us on future ongoing enhancements and give you more control over your budget, by eliminating the need to get individual work orders signed off on an ad-hoc basis.
