This month saw Xactium host our first GRC User Group in London, reflecting the rapid growth of the company over the last two years. We wanted to provide our customers with the opportunity to meet each other, participate in workshops and share their professional experiences; both of using Xactium solutions as well as their experiences in managing the risk and compliance issues within their organizations.
The event was a great success and feedback from customers was extremely positive:
“It was useful to meet other users of the system and to share tips, Xactium are very customer focussed and want us to get the maximum benefit from the system as well and make any enhancements and changes to improve to software”.
Xactium’s MD, Andy Evans was present to share his vision for the company over the next 12 months and customers also heard the latest developments from Technology Architect, Paul Battisson. Customer Success Manager, Sarah McCaig was also on hand to direct any support enquiries and provide guidance on the support that customers have available to them.
Andy said “One of the highlights was the Best Practices Customer Roundtable, where customers were invited to share their ideas and challenges from risk and claims management. In addition to helping each other out with similar issues, customers were also able to take away tips, training materials and resources to achieve a further return on investment.”
Xactium promises this will be the first of many user groups, ensuring our customers continue to get the most value from our growing range of solutions and user community.
