All Xactium customers have access to a high level of customer support via our standard support package.  However, Xactium as a very flexible system enables organisations to adapt to change and enhance the scope and scale of their risk process. Many organisations have taken advantage of our change and consultancy services on an ad-hoc basis to achieve change.

In view of this, we are now offering enhanced annual service packages that provide a number of these services bundled as part of a support package. This new model provides:
