Joanna joined Equiniti, UK's leading provider of share registration services and associated investor schemes, in 2015.  She has been responsible for designing and implementing an Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework to include the diverse activities of the whole Group, both regulated and unregulated.

Joanna has 15 years’ experience of risk management practice, starting with PwC as an IT auditor, then working as an operational risk specialist within the UK Financial Services industry, including Co-op Financial Services and AXA Insurance.

Ian started his insurance career back in 1994 with CE Heath, initially working in Finance. Since then he has taken on a number of roles at various brokers, including Marsh, Aon and JLT but since 2005 has been working in Risk and Compliance. Ian joined Tyser and Co in 2011 and was promoted to the Main Board as Risk and Compliance Director in 2014.

Xactium are delighted at the prospect of welcoming Will Bayley to this year's event, to speak about his extraordinary career so far and the challenges he has overcome to become a world table tennis champion and a national role model.

Will is the 2016 Summer Paralympics Games gold medallist and famously received a yellow card after jumping onto the table following his stunning victory!

Manoj Kulwal has 18 years of international experience in managing strategic, operational and compliance risks.  He implements operational management initiatives and conducts training courses for medium to large organisations. Project topics cover operational risk, ERM framework benchmarking, information security risks, risk appetite, risk aggregation, Sarbanes Oxley and regulatory change management.

A professional member of The Institute of Operational Risk, member of the RM/1 committee at British Standards Institute, and Co-founder and Chief Risk Officer at RiskSpotlight, he is involved in ISO 31000 revision, has authored risk management articles for the Risk Universe magazine, and supports global initiatives which develop operational risk management disciplines.

Managing Director Andy Evans demonstrated the World's First Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enabled Enterprise Risk Management System

Xactium presented some of the innovative new AI functionality that will be incorporated into the Xactium Risk Management product during 2018.  The Xactium Intelligence Engine will open up the opportunity for organisations using Xactium to further improve process efficiency,  as well as benefit from valuable insights into their data that hasn't been available to them previously.

Inspired by virtual reality gaming,  the tool provides users of the Xactium risk management platform with a unique opportunity to view their organisational structure and all associated risks, actions and controls in a virtual 3D space.
